What are the delivery costs?
We offer FREE shipping for all UK orders, and a flat rate of £6 for all international orders. We also offer next day delivery for orders placed before 3pm for £6.80 or £9.80 for Saturday delivery, please contact us at email@example.com if you require next day delivery.
I've ordered an item on pre- order, how do things work here?
As soon as the item is back in stock, we'll send your order to you. If you've ordered other items along with the pre- order item, we'll hold back your entire order until all items are back in stock. If you need the other items in your order to arrive quicker, please arrange this with us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
How will my jewellery arrive?
Your jewellery will arrive in one of our reusable PVC bags with popper closure. This provides a hygienic place to store or transport your jewellery when not in use.
How long with it take for my jewellery to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. For standard postage please allow 2 -4 working days. Though occasionally we may run out of stock of certain colours, in this case we will contact you right away as this may delay your order a few more days.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
If you're not 100% happy with your order and the item is unworn and in perfect condition with the packaging included, we'll happily exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. Please include a copy of your receipt with the packaging. Customers are responsible for return/ exchange postage costs.
Please note that when returning internationally, you won't receive a refund of your postage costs.
We of course do our upmost to check our jewellery before sending it but in case a naughty one slips through the net, and your Mama & Belle jewellery arrives with any defects, we will of course offer a full refund or replacement.
However, a fault resulting from misuse/ mishandling of Mama & Belle jewellery will not result in a refund or replacement.
Do you post internationally?
Yes we currently post world wide! If you can't see your country on the list, please contact us and we'll sort that out for you.
How do I clean my Mama & Belle jewellery?
You can either just run it under a tap with a little soap, pop it into the dishwasher (top shelf) or even steam it in your baby's steriliser (steam only).
Do you offer student or military discount?
Yes of course! Simply place an order and make payment for an usual, then email your student card/ military ID to and we'll refund 10% of your order value (not applicable on sale items or promotions).
Is Mama & Belle jewellery really safe for my baby to chew on?
Yes! Safety is our no.1 priority! The beads are strung on multi weave nylon string, so it's exceptionally strong, plus it also dries quickly so that lovely baby slobber won't hang around for too long! All our necklaces are designed with a breakaway clasp, so if the necklace is pulled on too hard the clasp will open. All our jewellery goes through rigorous testing in an independent lab to maintain all our safety certifications. The beads themselves are made from BPA free, food solid silicone (the same silicone that dummy's and bottle teats are made from) which go through a number of tests. All of which have to be routinely done and passed to maintain our CE certification and FDA approval.
Is it safe for my baby to play with when not being worn by an adult?
No! Please please do not allow your baby to play with your jewellery if not fully supervised by adult. Our jewellery is not a toy, and is designed to be worn by adults. The only exception to this is our kids collection which is suitable for ages 3+ years.
Do I have to have a Paypal account?
Not at all, you can checkout on the website with all major credit cards.
